In the renders they say 'flexible green', what's this mean? Room for change in its tree layout? Maybe add more.

From the looks of the design, I'd say it's meant to be a flexible space that can accommodate a variety of uses.

From a bird's eye entirely aesthetic point of view, I like the first one. We just don't have enough roundabouts.

Looks like they're getting ready to pour the pad for the second crane but are dealing with water. I think Taddle Creek runs through the north end of this site (same as it does under the U Condos at Bay and Saint Joseph Street). I suppose the pylons go deeper than the water table and sit on bedrock. This excavation is very impressive. It's huge.
