Compared to many buildings going up in downtown, this should be in top 20%. YC condos is not far from this one if anyone wants to draw a comparison .

Gotta love that signature Toronto "utilitarian-chic" planter and sidewalk - juxtaposed with that $100 million curtainwall tower.

Yup, the glass was a miss on this one. If they'd gone with the curved glass on the podium and something a bit more opaque on the balconies, this would have been a winner.

Sidewalks are completed and beds are planted.

Amazing what a few well placed trees can do. That sidewalk instantly morphs from uninviting to a solid 7/10. It's too bad they opted for low brow concrete sidewalks but at least the planters are on the 'right' side buffering pedestrians from the road. Hopefully in 20-30 years they'll rip out the concrete and install something attractive.

they are planter boxes too which should protect the trees from salt buildup.

I'd like to see a cross-section of these planters. It would be lame if they were just concrete boxes, and didn't have subterranean silva cells or something to support larger tree growth.
