It's not always design, look at the quality for this one. And I mean design is not bad either.
 
Maybe I'm missing something, but beyond the podium, what's different about it?
  • Next to no spandrel;
  • Small, tasteful spandel where required;
  • No knee mullions on windows;
  • Wall assemblies with porcelain backing where opaque surfaces are required;
  • Excellent build-up detail on balcony surrounds;
  • Black paint on balcony undersides;
  • Etc., etc., etc.

Yeah, I was going to say: if you have to do window wall, this is how you should do window wall. I don't love the north side massing -- I think it could've used loads more articulation, but the other three frontages look good to really good, and the window wall is clearly above average everywhere it's used.
