Very nice intimate street there- with the Waterworks building serving as an appropriate view terminus.

If only that block of new Tridel townhouses had a small cafe at the corner!

No individual is forcing them, but builders are forced to keep up with the competition if they want to sell in this location.

The blue sheets = vapour barrier, the beige colour is insulation which goes between the barrier and the cladding.
