Would anyone have data on the number of 30+ floor buildings erected in Montreal vs Toronto over the last decade?

isn't there a height restriction in Montreal? I thought a building couldn't be higher than Mt Royal.

I wonder if that means the midrise and high-density low-rise numbers are more even.
