Zonta Meadows, the park located next to Voya, will be renovated and expanded towards Parkside Village Drive: https://www.mississauga.ca/projects-and-strategies/city-projects/downtown-parks-engagement/

The planned amenities at Zonta Meadows include, an all wheels facility (for skateboards, bikes, scooters etc.), one and a half basketball courts, two tennis courts, four dedicated pickleball courts, spray pad, updated existing accessible playground, fitness trail, leash free area, community garden, washroom, parking lot, public art area, open green areas, picnic area, cherry trees and the Helen Horn wildflower garden. The existing soccer field (7 versus 7) will remain.

This park is now in detail design and targeting construction completion by spring 2025.

The north-west building is being formed for the 2nd floor, but the high fences are preventing seeing anything else on the north and west side as well too far from the south, let alone the east side.

Based on @Tim MacDonald shots, will see more 2nd floor work on the remaining podium and building in Jan.

As a note, Sq One Dr is partly built to service all these new tower and roads to them. Not sure if Sq One Dr will connect to the roundabout at Elora Dr and Rathburn as planned
