Does anyone know what the status of this development project is right now?

I recently passed by the site and I noticed the notice signs are gone, and parts of the existing buliding are being repainted. Also, I haven’t heard any updates regarding this development.

Someone in the neighbourhood asked me about this VERVE project on the DANFORTH again today.

I know that VERVE finished this building on DON MILLS in 2023 -- and it seems to be doing OK, right...?
