Everything I can’t stand about Toronto architecture is in this NEWLY BUILT structure. Verde Condo. Materials used. The same monotonous colour scheme that’s throughout this town & the generic blah design. I think architects & developers need a “Town Hall“ of sorts:.. A coming together & universal consensus of what not to build EVER AGAIN in T.O. Infuriating.

Most of the higher floors still aren’t finished. I’ve seen occupancy dates of September for the penthouse

For the original sale price of these units, it holds up well. Heck even the appliances were better than I thought.

I hope how ugly it is doesnt affect your time in the city
