House market will definitely get higher next year n onwards
 
It's been a year since Vandyk-uptowns project got into receivership. It took KSV 12 months to decide that the project is no longer profitable and want to amend the APS...still nothing have been sent to the buyers. Stinks!

All we have done as purchasers is communicate with each other, more than what Vandyk and all the others have done. Just end it now
 
I would love an insider to read this and realize this is only causing more financial stress and pain on families who literally need a home or their hard earned deposit back to move on in life..the longer it goes the less buyers will stay. Safe to say myself and my friends and family who know about our situation are going to think twice about purchasing pre constructions in the future!

Absolutely ridiculous Ie mailed both KSV guys last week, have asked twice for update e mail reply….nothing
 
Time requested from the courts was one week then changed to two weeks.
Now 5 weeks gone and KSV is going against their promise to the courts.
Next time some one take up with the Honourable Lord of Superior Court Judge, for delaying and extra interest on the deposit and punitive measure.
