My bro and I emailed Martin from KSV.. to expedite the process for deposits back, we don’t need to see the amended aps so it’s not relevant. And that we have 0 chance of accepting it.

Meg handling it, should send a copy to her.. at that email address she sent..they wont do anything .. has to go before court again.. as they have to wait until all amended aps responded, then go to judge again..

I don’t even know the purpose of court, what is the court really doing? Seems like it’s just a waste of time, they approve everything anyway. Court seems to be just a formality. And it doesn’t look like there is accountability if deadlines are not met.

True.. just a formality in receivership proceedings..but all takes time bs..
 
KSV can’t use current 2024 rates to create a new APS. All new projects take 3 to 4 years to complete. In that case KSV and Elm should use 2021 rates as the completion date is 2025. If KSV to be fair to every one they can’t simply use current years price to arrive at the new construction cost and price.
 
My guess, They would use 2027 price. As the closing date would be 2027. No one gives s*** about buyers. And we can’t expect fairness from anyone.
 
So what happens to people who purchased at the peak in 2022? Are they going to lower the purchase price for such buyers to align with their new pricing strategy where they say they will keep the pricing below current market?

I don’t know. Our price would be more or less same as their price. Why do they have to bother about the contracts from 2022. They don’t even think about the buyers from 2022. Their concern is only for buyers from 2017-18.

My point: They won’t care about buyers. They would only think about profits. Let’s wait see. But for me. What ever the price it may be. I am out. So I don’t care about new contract.

I dont think so, they only mentioned to amended purchasers who are below the current prices.
