What a grind this has been to reach the 3rd level. Now that they're on the regular height floors, hopefully they can speed things up. Being topped out before end of year should be something that's being aimed for.

This thing’s taking so long that purchasers may avoid having to close during an economic downturn….or maybe not.

How would that work? There must be some limit to how long you’re bound to a contract. They’re building 1 floor every 3 months. Might be a 10 year project by the end of it.

I’d be very surprised if it can get done by year end. My guess is end of 2024. There are very few workers. Not sure why…wonder if it’s a cashflow issue.

They average 6-8weeks per floor. I’ve seen them take 1 floor per week at other buildings. They don’t have many workers. I’m betting the Davisville will be done first

This thing is crawling along. It may register mid-late 2024 or early 2025.

The entire industry is having issues with getting enough construction workers.
