What a grind this has been to reach the 3rd level. Now that they're on the regular height floors, hopefully they can speed things up. Being topped out before end of year should be something that's being aimed for.
How would that work? There must be some limit to how long you’re bound to a contract. They’re building 1 floor every 3 months. Might be a 10 year project by the end of it.This thing’s taking so long that purchasers may avoid having to close during an economic downturn….or maybe not.
I’d be very surprised if it can get done by year end. My guess is end of 2024. There are very few workers. Not sure why…wonder if it’s a cashflow issue. What a grind this has been to reach the 3rd level. Now that they're on the regular height floors, hopefully they can speed things up. We'll all be dead before this even gets a facade
They average 6-8weeks per floor. I’ve seen them take 1 floor per week at other buildings. They don’t have many workers. I’m betting the Davisville will be done firstWe'll all be dead before this even gets a facade
