The walls around Minzon have been taken down, the restaurant is likely going to open later this week:

A new store is also opening up in the Bay East Teamway, definitely wasn’t expecting to see something go in here yet:

It would be nice if more GO stations became more multi-use with office/shopping and maybe even residential and not just Union. Similar to how it works in Japan.

I know Metrolinx probably doesn't want to be in the real estate management business, but maybe another crown corp could take that responsibility.

I was happy enough at Oakville GO when I found out there was a small convenience store inside. The bar is very low.
 
"I wish more stations were multiuse, just like Union" -> someone coming up with an example of a second use for other stations seems perfectly on topic for me. I don't think every tangent needs its own thread created and if there's something worth saying about Union again we'll drift back to that topic naturally.
