Looks great! Just curious how easy the terrazzo cladding will be to keep clean - it already looks like there is some staining on it but not sure if that’s just construction debris that can be cleaned off.

Terrazzo should be a very easy to clean material - that's the go to for high-traffic public areas (think subway station floors).

As great, and as appreciated as they are, pictures don't do this justice. Passed by the other day, and it's truly magnificent in person.

Only disappointment is that it's in two phases, so the wait continues! 😭
