And this project's actually already underway; they've had the building fenced off and have been undertaking interior demos for at least a number of weeks, now.
 
TIL: This is designed by RDHA and OMA. I'm surprised it isn't getting a bit more attention just for the architectural big name involved.

Toronto has seen a few competition entries and early-stage concept designs from OMA (Downsview Park, Union Station, and East Harbour off the top of my head), but does anyone know if they've designed anything that's actually gotten built? If not, this may be their first completed project in the city, though certainly much more modest than the others.
