I've visited a few units inside, several units with wide balconies are great especially given that they are 500-600' units. South facing units from the 03 to 07 still enjoy unobstructed views.

Dreary? I can't say that about this particular Streetcar project. You should be happy with the red brick!

Not a fan? I like it? Probably Streetcar's best looking building IMO. Would love to see some nice retail go in but it's a pretty dead location.

You can't see all that grey spandrel and tinted glass? It's overall a very grey building. OTOH, I love that Jeep! It's $44,000 though which is nuts.
