Interesting. This area is such an odd mix of housing and light industrial existing side by side. I expect the land price is low in this pocket, so hopefully this development is affordable, or at least as much as that can be the case anywhere in Toronto these days.
 
The new rendering is updated in the database. The total storey changed from 4, 3, 4 & 4 storeys to 4 & 4 storeys. Total height changed from 10.00m, 10.00m, 15.50m & 15.50m to 15.50m & 15.50m. The total unit count changed from 150 units to 58 units. Total parking space reduced from 176 parking to 66 parking.

Cameron Stephens Equity Capital partnered with Frontdoor Developments for The Towns of Lambton Mills at 175 and 185 Eileen Ave. in Toronto. Its 58 residences will go on sale this fall.
 
New rendering updated to the database. The total parking count was reduced from 64 parking to 60 parking.

The rendering was taken from the architectural plan via subdivision approval
