The noise is worse than the view! When we bought our apartment there was nothing there, but I did do my research, so I knew it would be disappearing. I don't mind looking across to other apartments, which was what we had in our last place. I'm happy I have/had a few years of good views, and had the chance to raise a toddler overlooking a construction site. Yes, mine too but I think his point is clear. The site of T&S was a wasteland of surface parking, low-rise buildings and advertising before T&S came along. Clearly T&S makes FAR better use of the land but I (and many others here) wish that Pemberton had used this huge site better and built something that not only 'filled in a blank spot' but actually contributed positively to the 'urban fabric'.That's coming off as ASCII gibberish on my browser.
