I am sick of these dreary glass balcony towers. We need some more texture--brick, concrete, even metal down here.

It's a pretty unfocused design.

Thanks! And the funny thing is, a lot of these shots just happen to be on the way from one place to another, and I don't normally have to go too far out of the way to get them. Leaving home or the office these days without a camera would be unthinkable…

That this is already going up is fantastic. It'll really add to the streetwall looking west down Adelaide from John street.

1) The Victorians are not part of this property, and 2) there's no indication of excavation yet, merely that existing buildings were demolished. Sales centre first maybe?

I have noticed that they poured concrete on top the lightly excavated area. Is that temporary? looks like it.

The sales pavilion has been moved here from Plaza's 50 at Wellesley Station development.
