Every time I check this thread I'm reminded of just how gorgeous this whole development has been. A truly fantastic addition to the city.

I can't wait for that ground floor area to open to the public.

Probably unlikely (given they're not even on the street-level board AFAIK), but Netflix sure would be nice...

If Shopify hadn't pulled out of this space I could imagine they'd take it. Maybe Toronto Star?

Several news sites have mentioned a skating rink and beer garden as events being planned for The Well. Where exactly would they go as there really isn’t any sizeable outdoor space?!

the construction fencing has those listed, thats probably where they got it from. theres room for a small bentway-like skating rink, like a small path back and forth.
as for the "beer garden" im not really sure what they mean by that other than "pop-up" type spaces in the middle of the spine/retail area
