It might've already been discussed here, but what the heck happened to the X - bracing on the tower cladding? Why are parts of it missing? It looks horribly bad.

Probably supply chain issues or something. probably ordered the parts a while back and just waiting on them. That's my guess, but I'm sure one of the more well versed people in here have a better explanation.
