I put together a little reel of The Well over the last 8 months during its soft opening before an onslaught of restaurants, cafés and food halls open and the crowds descend!

Retail vacancy is lower overall in the market and heading down to 4%, as per CBRE's market outlook presentation from a couple weeks back. This bodes well for well located retail such as the retail coming to The Well.

Are there any renders of what the enclosed area will look like come summer? For instance, will we see patios or food stands?

Frank + Oak is now open and La Plume is hosting private events in anticipation of imminent opening. The Fix Bikes Café is looking substantially complete. Finally the hoarding is gone from the western edge so should see the passage to Draper open soon as well as the community space. Taken 18 March.

AHK posted this and I thought that it should go here as well as it beautifully shows Wellington West in a complete state (minus leaves.) Btw this shows 3,100 new units in a fairly small area; about 5,270 peeps!

Not an unfair assessment in my opinion. But it's early days and retail is naturally in flux.
