Retail-Insider has a profile out of women's fashion retailer Grit & Grace which will be opening in 'The Well'.

Some interesting bits on the retailer, mostly brand focused; but two specific items for this thread stand out.

1) Their store opens in September of this year. Which I would imagine gives a good sense of when much of the retail will be anticipated to be open or opening.

2) The owner of the store toured the site, and R-I has pictures

I'll bring two of them forward, for the rest, follow the link above:

Both those establishments are part of this group

I posted this a while ago:
Just a guess, but I recognize two spaces from that floor plan likely operated by Concord Group from Calgary. The specific restaurants look to be the second locations of:
I've been to both and really enjoyed them, especially for how great the quality and service is for the price. If they are the same, I look forward to similar offerings.

The colour is nice, this teal blue next to the copper/bronze feels of the moment to me. But I’m not a fan of the kerning here. Thewell.
You can barely call this kerning, the letters are spaced far enough apart that there's not really an attempt to kern them, but space them in fact… and one is supposed to notice that T H E is one line of light while W E L L has two lines. I'm not saying this works great, but to declare THEWELL might be to miss reasonably obvious details?
