Looks like the exterior design has undergone some minor revisions from the version in the database. I miss the louvres, but I love the newly prominent "W" easter egg in the diagrid framing above the entrance:

Is that a guess or do you have insight into the project? It does happen although not as often than the 1990s. This is a huge project.
Example:
https://www.google.ca/maps/place/1080+Kingston+Rd,+Scarborough,+ON+M1N+1N5/@43.681064,-79.2827779,3a,75y,179.32h,97.02t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sqSXB1A2P2fkuTUUeFIwVRg!2e0!6s//geo2.ggpht.com/cbk?panoid=qSXB1A2P2fkuTUUeFIwVRg&output=thumbnail&cb_client=maps_sv.tactile.gps&thumb=2&w=203&h=100&yaw=41.76501&pitch=0&thumbfov=100!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x89d4cea4458dab53:0x3c21da7258fbb28b!8m2!3d43.681258!4d-79.2831848!6m1!1e1
A guess based on how things usually end up in Toronto.
In the future please don't create misinformation on the forum. If you're speculating when you make a statement, then say so, otherwise it creates confusion.
Is there a link to the renders?
I was being sarcastic. Don't take things too serious.
