When they started out, it was more of a coffee shop than a cannabis store (obviously cannabis sales were not legal, so they just sold related stuff), and I think the guy said he had spent time in Japan and liked Japanese coffee shop design.

They always were aiming to be a cannabis store and sold cannabis accessories from the day they opened. The coffee was always mostly a thing to bridge them over until they could actually sell the weed from my understanding - and it was smart as it helped them establish their brand and set themselves above the other million different weed brands there are right now.

That is correct, we gave notice for march 31 and targeting move in to the well anywhere between mid may and june.
we are WFH for all toronto guys until then
announced on company wide town hall

it's funny actually, we moved into that place in December 2019....we had like 3 months in king street because WFH started.
allied got a really nice basically free renovation for that place.
