The Stantec building behind the office tower would've made a much better looking podium than whatever we have currently. It looks like part of the project.

I'm impressed with how the podiums of the residential component are shaping up so far. I'd like to see similar 12-20 story brick and precast designed infill carried further north on Spadina, where density is badly needed. A lot of unrealized potential and gaps compared to other main thoroughfares downtown.

Couldn't snap a pic as I was in a vehicle but some of the fins have been unwrapped and they're a really nice rusty red/orange colour! Hard to tell if they went with real terracotta or just some kind of composite metal though. Should look nice with the green glass.

I thought that building is already part of the whole complex and development.
They chose to leave it as is
