I don't think it technically qualifies, but I'm getting major megastructure vibes as this project keeps rising.
 
i dont know know man i go back and forth with this project. sometimes i hate it and sometimes i like it.
I'm with you. I like the overall scale of the development and perhaps the residential piece. However, I'm not a fan of the eastern office tower. It just screams boring slab.

It only looks like a slab when viewed from the west, and that view will be mostly gone when the residential towers on Front are completed.
 
God forbid we build an office tower of...... stone or brick. All the low quality glass is exhausting.
Apart from economic feasibility and commercial appetite for these buildings, does our construction workforce have the knowledge/capabilities to put up skyscrapers not made of glass? Are there any cities that are still putting up stone/brick skyscrapers?

There have been rumours of an Apple Store in The Well, but to be fair, that Apple Store location won't be a flagship.
I don't wanna "The One" this thread and make it about Fruit Co, but there are flagship mall stores. (Dezeen, ShopsinHK)
