Looks like this has been held up by some land use compatibility issues which are now close to resolution.

Huh. Never noticed that before.

Anyway, I saw this on the city devapps map once and I still don’t get it. It’s nice that we aren’t simply trying to get rid of these neighborhoods anymore. But I really struggle to see who wants to buy a new build in this location. (Edited- this isn’t as far north as I thought, but I still don’t know if Barton and Centre Mall are at the point they can stimulate this…)
