I have 3 problems with this:
1. The website is "vanguardto", and says the name Toronto in its website, and even though it is in thornhill/ Markham, it doesn't say thornhill at Markham nearly as much.
2.theyre altering their cheese design to appear like 1 st thomas. Just build a design that actually looks like one st thomas. I'm sure the city of Markham would give them a few extra floors if it made it not look like 427 and burnamthorpe.
3. They mention on their website several times a building wide water filtration system. Is there something in the Markham water we should be worried about? Sketchy.

Funny this happened previously when I happened to pass to take photos. Someone doesn't know how to properly instal hoarding up there or what?
