I like how both developments have broken up street frontage that uses different design/materials to make it look like more buildings. I'm really looking forward to the Honest Ed site for this reason.
 
Based on how The Carlaw turned out, I was worried that The Taylor would not look anything like the rendering. I started following this project as I thought the Oko Skin was really unique and different, and would have been really disappointed if it was replaced with spandrel or traditional brick. So far, I'm really liking how this is turning out and love the fact that the front and back of the building is so different.
 
I'm looking forward to seeing more okoskin in Toronto. Nice finish!
