It's going to be actual bricks with a real mortar between them for the face with a precast concrete back on them. There are a number of ways of making these. I posted a YouTube video on another thread a couple of weeks ago of one of the ways these are created.

The beauty is that you get a real brick face, but you get better durability, better insulation value, and you can hoist them into place while avoiding the need to put up either a scaffold or affix movable stages on the exterior.

So, more than likely, it's going to go very well.

This is what happens when you get an outside firm to design something. It's creative, it's innovative, it's different.

No balconies = A+
Brick = A+
Colour! = A+

Woah. I just realized there are no balconies. That's why it looks so sleek and sexy.
