It's definitely a testament to a building if it can look good in gloomy conditions.

I suspect something like this may have been stated before, but this building would have looked great in Southcore, esp. next to ICE.
It's made a virtue of simplicity. Good lines and just that dash of colour has it all working well. It's an elegant brute.
