@condovo They're getting cute with the renders. If you look at the elevations, it's still mostly listed as 'aluminum framed window wall' except for portions of the podium, crown and the south elevation...

If it's clean, high-quality window wall with no waist-high mullions, I'm fine with that.

A really rough photoshop of the ground realm coming between Lombard Street and Richmond Street East (along Church). Includes The Saint and 120 Church

Really hoping the materials on both look about like this as I think they play off each other quite nicely.
