Not much progress. I passed by the site yesterday for the first time in more than 3 weeks, and didn't bother to take pictures because it looked pretty much the same as the last shots I posted here. 7 floors on the south side (Selby St) and 3 floors on the Bloor side. At the rate it's going, it should be done by 2030.

If it’s anything like the other Gupta projects, the bar is set very low.

Looks like they have an obligation to get the hotel open on schedule but not the tower for the actual residents...

the Selby pavilion is going up to 10 storeys - almost topped out...

... and it's intended to have a green roof, and outdoor and pet amenities up there...
