As much as I didn't like this project when it was first announced (Due to what was happening to the existing building) - I eat my words now. I like how this has turned out.

I wish all reclads were able to change my mind on final completion as this one has.

19th floor walk-through to upper residence elevators...still a work in progress.

Our friends' 34th corner unit was stunning (really nice finishes) and those views!

Well too bad they’re already building a courthouse there to block the view of Nathan Philip Square.

Not tall enough to block the entirety of the Square from that height. Also think you'd still see most of the Square to the right of the building anyways.

I hope not but I’m not so sure since NPS is ground level. We shall see but likely it will block the skating rink the Toronto sign and the main stage.
