I know I'm not alone in having mixed feelings about a crane coming here. I mean they moved the dirt ramp 3 times and it was finally just perfect (now with a big bite out of it).

Looks like it is a very thin concrete "mud slab" which typically have no rebar.
The Mat or Raft slab will be poured on top and will have rebar, etc. (like the Crane pad we are seeing being formed in the background)
