When will we know what the final height for this will be? I would think that has to be finalized very soon for engineering/constructions reasons?

They are currently starting the final mechanical "inset" section, spanning floors 78 and 79. Although these mechanical sections take a little longer than residential levels to pour, after that, there are 6 more residential levels to pour before reaching the top of the 85-storey plan:
Here is the detail from the architectural plans.

308m tall version is kinda sad coz the 300m mark is only achieved within the Tuned Mass Damper room. The roof of the highest habitable floor is 292m with the winter garden taking it up to 295m but the winter garden is more like a terrace for the penthouse suites:

For the taller version I only have the tallest 338m architectural plans saved. But for the 328m it will be the same floor where the building passes the 300m mark. Level 88 is where the building crosses the 300m mark with Level 88 roof being at 302.75m high:

The 328m tall version will simply be cut at Level 91 with the TMD right above it. Apologies for not showing the actual 328m tall version of the building.
If I had to guess, it would be around February 2025 when we reach the 85th floor, at which point we shall see if they pour the additional floors. Anyways, here is a photo of the One I took this morning:

Photos taken today, Friday (Nov. 15). A smaller update than usual as since my last one a week ago, there has been little visible progress. At the top, the blue forms remain at level 75 or 76 or so, with level 73 emerging from the super column forms. No movement up with the crane or external elevator. However, the corner forms are up a level, to 63 or 64. So, close to the top of that hanger section. As for the black Rail Climbing Systems (RCSs) installing the skin of the tower below, the east RCS is up a level to floor 47, while the north and west ones remain at 46 and 45, respectively, where they were a week ago. The mini RCS on the south side is up a level or so, looks like level 43 there.

Starting with the view from the south on Yonge at Dundonald, then closer shots showing those corner forms up, as well as the RCSs below. The view from in front of Holt Renfrew on Bloor, to the west, then from Cumberland east of Bay. The "classic" view from the NE corner of Yonge and Bloor, then to the east a bit by the old Bay entrance, and a closer look at the east and north RCSs. Finally, the view from Queen's Park Crescent West, north of Hoskin.
