Yeah construction still moves at full pace there are just added costs such as heat retention with tarps and snow removal construction in Canada is the only industry they climate change might make the employees go this isn't too bad till we have every single day at plus 40 in the summer

-20 happens in Toronto maybe 1 to 3 nights a winter for an hour or two in the middle of the night. That's not really a problem.

Almost exactly right! But it's 0 in many years. The data is from the U of T weather station; it does get a bit colder on average as you move north in the city.
