I would think when they install the diagonal support/structural columns.
You are correct! They'll be coming out when the first diagonal gets installed - from level 3 to lv 6 and the corner slabs are built.

I'll cover this on a future post where I go a little in-depth on the sequence of the structure. Not sure when I'll be done but I've started working on it.

I presume it's at least when the concrete if formed around those super columns up to those connecting points?

That's part of the automated climbing system. The upper level gives them some extra floor space for landing materials, and the lower vertical panels just offer a bit of weather protection to the floors below while they cure. I'd imagine they'll wrap the building with those once they clear the lowrise sections

I'm surprised a back corner is clad in super-expensive glass panels.
Not much of a view from inside. Not very visible from the street.

Yes, that is true, but that is the entrance to the parking/hotel drop off I believe, so you would want it to look good as you enter the building.

Not to spoil the future of this building, but a key note of Mizrahi is that the garage doesn’t look like a garage. I’m not permitted to say much about it but it’s supposed to not feel like a garage.

Although I'm not an Apple user, I appreciate that they seem to care about the smaller details when it comes to their stores.
This is a late response, but it's nice to see even the relatively obscure bits getting high quality treatment. When I was tangentially involved with cladding for a high end Yorkville retailer, I was disappointed to see they had opted for completely pedestrian and cheap cladding at the side of their store. The intent was to save a buck and get away with cheaping out because the sides were much less visible than the front. Yes, they went for a very premium cladding on the front, but the rest was ho hum if you knew what to look for. Just goes to show that certain notions of "luxury" and "premium" are vulnerable to the same cost cutting as everything else.
