I want to go back and see it with the glass now installed. Thankfully me and my mom discovered a little gelato place that is excellent, hiding right across from this thing, so I may be able to convince her to go on a little day trip and grab some photos of the site while I'm at it.

In regards to the main floor tenet, will it be a not so secret secret until opening and a curtain is pulled back revealing whomever will be occupying the space, or will there will be some point during construction that a "Coming Soon" sign will be placed in the window?

Did anyone notice the square opening above the doorway on the right? I believe that is where the Logo will be going for the ground floor retail. I remember it was asked how power would come through. I noticed it on my bike ride past last night, but didn't have time to take a closer photo.

Continuing on what @Anthonylipson1996 was saying, it's for a future ramp access from south podium to tower. Will serve as a service area for the tower.

IIRC, historically speaking, formal announcements (press releases) from AAPL regarding new retail locations have come very close to official opening dates (usually 1 month or less in advance). The actual information almost always leaks months or even years prior via planning documents or insider knowledge, no exception here.
So unless there is a formal announcement, no - I don't expect 'coming soon' signs to be placed here any time soon.
