I'm astounded and appalled by the latest wave of petty pessimists and cringe-worthy critics who clearly lust over the prospect of failure of this game changing tower. It's as though they are actually wishing it NOT to succeed so they can perhaps proclaim, see, I'm smarter than the long line of professionals and financiers and buyers who've scrutinized this project 6 ways from Sunday long before plans were approved, before and after the ground-breaking, all the while the hole was being dug, before the crane was ordered and now, as it rises above the street, they've renewed their petulant expectations, dreamt up new but equally vacant theories and apocalyptic pronouncements.
Perhaps they should all get together and start a Pessimists Club?
Nah, it'd never work.
Go, Mizrahi et al, keep proving them wrong.
