Today from Yonge and Wellesley (In addition to the rising corner forms, I switched the watermark from my previous photo from this angle)

Tonight. Not the best picture (daytime shot would be better), but almost all ground floor covering has been removed, revealing the super tall glazing for the first time in about 2 years. Does this mean retail is imminent? Or just a confirmation that there’s zero chance of Apple moving in (rumours persist despite the cancelation), so no need for secrecy while they fit out the space?

There’s this:

And there’s this:

What other roller coaster is directly themed to an NFL team?
That's a good start.

The number I included in the watermark corresponds to a player I mentioned in the Pinnacle One Yonge thread, whose surname also corresponds to the New College building I sometimes take photos from.

I had yet to shoot this angle from Balmuto:

Is Berkshire Hathaway involved in Toronto condos? Maybe the market isn't so bad after all :)
I'm pretty sure that was a reference to @BloorMan's first photo, with the realty centre at Bedford and Davenport.

When I took my photos and edited one of them, I honestly thought it was becoming like Yonge-Dundas Square with all the billboards and signage. Also, the player's name corresponds to the western continuations of Ursula Franklin Street and York Mills Road, respectively.
