Quick update for those interested...

Brick work is done on the south, north and west side with scafolding focused on the east (front) side of the building. Balcony railings are installed to the 5th floor with no glass as of yet.

Floors 1 ~ 3 are what appears to be fulling painted out with large boxes stacked in many of the units. I assume these are the cabinets. Long narrow boxes can be seen in the 3 ~ 4 floor windows of the east side - so I asume flooring is being laid.

Floors 4 ~ 5 are in varioius stages of drywall finishing from plastering to painting.

Upper floors (8 & 9) are still missing patio doors, so I imagine there is limited progress up there.

Given the focus to get floors 1 & 2 occupancy in 6 weeks, they seem to be close to that as best you can tell looking in.
 
I love the streetwall that's formed here. The appropriately scaled modern facade really compliment the adjacent historic facades. We need more of that.
 
Quite an impressive project! Very handsome, well executed from what I've seen.
