I quite like this.

It has a different and engaging design and I really like the brown box framing. It adds some colour and vitality to the building and separates it from being just another bland glass box. It adds some flare and character and the choice of brown gives it a warmth.
 
We're at the point where anything different is an improvement! Having said that I think this one looks fine...
 
The south face of this one is great, but the north face is crap. And with the north face looking down on King street, it presents its ugliest side to the side that people will be looking at the most.
 
I dunno, it looks decent enough I guess. It is different by comparison to its neighbours, which is good. Finishes seem decent but it still just looks like a north york kirkor design. It has a lot going on but at the same time doesn't say much.
 
Nice pics. Turned out better than I expected, though I wish the terracotta coloured framing extended up the tower on the north side.
 
Agreed. This one has turned out quite handsome. I like the street level details. Still wish they used actual red brick instead of precast.
