This should be the minimum amount of density at every GO station across the GTA. Although that beige/off-white brick selection is brutal.

Anyone know the long-term plans for the Maple GO station parking lot? This parcel of land within McNaughton has a ton of potential but its mainly just parking lots

Agreed on both the density and the brick.

Credit where credit is due, though, everything apart from that beige brick appears to be really well thought out and executed. Some of the other brick is phenomenal, it's real, hand laid brick, and the window wall is unfussy.

I really like this project. Turning out really well. Pemberton did a good job.

Indigo 2 seems fully occupied. Mackenzie to the west is just finishing up.

This one is wrapped up and the Maple GO Bus Loop and Station works are nearing completion. Decent little plaza out front but we'll see if they can find a tenant for that space. None of the retail spots along Eagle Rock in Indigo 1 and 2 have rented out yet. Not enough density?
