Yup enough room to build something similar to this, and while they're at it they could raze that massive 8-9 storey parking garage to the north and build a couple more towers

who owns that site again? That large residence was demolished several years ago with no clear plans for replacement..

I always assumed it was owned by one of the hospitals, but I don't know. In fact--I don't even remember a residence here in the first place. I mean, going back at least to '03 or so, I remember this being just a lot.

It was a residence with a lecture hall. It didn't come down that long ago. I want to say it was demolished 5-6 years ago?
