Sweet. I'm excited for this one. With it complete, I believe the only three lots left on Bay will the one directly across from the ACC, the one on the s/w corner of Lake Shore and Bay, and then the one, which was recently met with a proposal, directly north of the bus station.

Interesting. What is being proposed for the parking lot directly north of the bus station? Rental building or condo?

This development along with the planned re-development of the Delta hotel and new condo development over the Big Slice is going to transform the Bay/Yonge & Gerrard corners into something wonderful and long overdue.

It beats the parking lot - but I wouldn't go as far as calling it "wonderful".
