I love how they show "neighbourhood amenities" that are nowhere near the area but according to them it's right by prospective residences doorstep (ie: Sherway Gardens, Bloor St West, Etobicoke North GO- to be relocated).

Hello, I am new to this forum . The reason I joined was to be able to comment on this building, The Kipton.
I think this is a great looking building. Simple and practical, the kind of housing that should me made more available.
More of this, in my opinion, should be built.
