It's not a bad design by itself, but part of me feels it was a missed opportunity to get somthing more complimentary to Summerhill Station like the AUDAX proposal at the old staples.

Or...Even if it was a similar design without the staggered windows and the same brickwork, some more brick detailing such as herringbone brick accents and arched windows, carried 6 or 10 floors higher. Just 2 floors of brick is underwhelming
 
...the Vikings even to set up a foothold all the way up in Summerhill. Now I can see how they managed to take over central England back in the day. 🙀
