Maybe not but the City should never have approved those very steep and long stairs. I see people struggling on them every time I am there and the elevator only works, at best 25% of the time. (It has recently been out for 6+ weeks!)This isn't a city problem per se.

You are comparing a multi-billion dollar expense with a multi-million dollar one.Of course it will. Look at how overcrowding at the Yonge-Bloor station forced the City to fix it.

The original concept was far more colourful. The large, external, structure was, at one time, yellow. *Sighhhh*...
