This is a gorgeous building, but barely anyone lives here. Not sure if they are still finishing some of the interiors, but only a few scattered lights are ever on in the evenings, making it resemble a giant tombstone. Unless snowbirds were the primary purchasers and won't be occupying until May or June.

Ok, so I walked by this building today. Materials & fit and finish is first rate.

Don't recall any hype over this one, but somebody should take a bow.

This condo probably has the finest exterior finishes of any tower built in the city in the past 15 years. The architecture itself is quite conservative, but the building is among the finest for the finishes.

Agreed. I know it's a high end building but looks like the developer went all out here. You just don't see this often in Toronto.
 
This is one of the rare cases where I'd say the building actually looks better than the renderings!
 
I would have loved to have purchased here, but it is out of my price range for the size of suite that I would like. It is a gorgeous building, inside and out.
